The procursors of the German E-boats were small motor-speedboats and coastel motorboots. An unarmed boat was testet in 1929. Since 1935 we see the E-boats armed with two 533mm torpedo tubes and a number of 20mm cannons. This well illustrated book has 9 photographs in colour, 16 great b/w and about 320 smaller b/w photographs. 10 great coloured drawings of German, British and Italian E-Boats and some more illustrations.
