Dr. Hermann Türk participated at the operations of the 3rd Panzerdivision during the attack on Moscow. From the beginning of the attack on 22 June 1941 until his injury in early December in Tula, south of Moscow, he wrote a meticulous diary. In it, the drama of struggles is uniquely documented.
At the same time he fixed the events on 430 color slides and 500 b/w pictures. Currently the author is putting together this material, supplemented by division documents, into a book, that surely will find many friends.
With 40 maps in color.
